Yavani (Sanskrit: यवानी yavānī f.) eine Gewürz- und Heilpflanze in der Familie der Doldenblütler (Apiaceae): Indischer Kümmel (Trachyspermum ammi); Schwarzes Bilsenkraut (Parasikayavani).
Yavani im Ayurveda
In der Charaka Samhita (Sutra Sthana 4.17) gilt Yavani (Bhutika) im Rahmen der Aufzählung der 50 Mahakashayas als Shitaprashamana.
