Amrataka (Sanskrit: आम्रातक āmrātaka m.) eingedickter Mangosaft; ein Baum aus der Familie der Sumachgewächse (Anacardiaceae): Gelbe Balsampflaume (Spondias pinnata).
Amrataka im Ayurveda
In der Charaka Samhita (Sutra Sthana 4.10) gilt Amrataka im Rahmen der Aufzählung der 50 Mahakashayas als Hridya.
