Bharatavarsha (Sanskrit: भारतवर्ष bhāratavarṣa m.) das Land der Bharata in seiner Größe; das ehemalige Königreich der Bharata, das heutige Indien. Das Königreich wurde in neun Khandas oder Teile unterteilt: Indradvipa, Kasherumat, Tamravarna, Gabhastimat, Nagadvipa, Saumya, Gandharva und Varuna.
