N.E. Sjoman

Norman E. Sjoman, geboren 6. Juli in Mission City, ist bekannt geworden als Autor des Buches The Yoga Tradition of the Mysore Palace, erschienen 1996. N.S. Sjoman studierte an der University of British Columbia und der Universität Stockholm, bevor er am Centre of Advanced Studies in Sanskrit an der Universität Pune promovierte und am Mahapathasala des Maharaja von Mysore einen Pandit-Abschluss erwarb. Sjoman verbrachte 14 Jahre in Indien und studierte vier verschiedene Shastras in Sanskrit bei mehreren Pandits.
