Krishna lehrt dann Arjuna die Grundlagen des spirituellen Lebens. Er lehrt ihn, wie er meditieren kann. Er lehrt ihn die yogische Ethik. Er lehrt ihn die Techniken, wie man den Geist kontrollieren kann, wie man über Gier und Zorn hinauswachsen kann. Er lehrt ihn Karma Yoga, den Yoga des uneigennützigen, verhaftungslosen Dienens. Er lehrt ihn Bhakti Yoga, den Yoga der Hingabe und den Yoga der Liebe zu Gott. Er lehrt ihn Raja Yoga, den Yoga der Geisteskontrolle. Und er lehrt ihn Jnana Yoga, den Yoga der Erkenntnis und den Yoga, mit dem du die Einheit zwischen Gott, Selbst und Welt erkennen kannst.</ins></div></td></tr>
