-aka ist ein Sanskrit Suffix und bedeutet "Land bewohnt von" oder auch "das so Sein". -aka kann auch jemanden bezeichnen, der so handelt.

-aka ist in der Sanskrit Sprache ein Taddhita Suffix, also eine Nachsilbe, das an ein Substantiv angehängt wird und daraus ein neues Wort macht sowie ein Krit Suffix, welches an eine Verbalwurzel angehängt wird und daraus ein Substantiv Masculinum macht.

-aka als Taddhita Suffix

-aka als Visheshya Taddhita verlangt Vriddhi, also Dehnstufe, vom Vokal im Grundwort und steht für "Land bewohnt von".

-aka als Bhavartha Taddhita drückt das Etwas-Sein aus, ist meist neutrum und verlangt ebenso Vriddhi im Vokal des Grundwortes.

-aka als Krit Suffix

-aka als Krit Suffix versetzt die Verbalwurzel meist in die Dehnstufe, Vriddhi, manchmal auch Guna, also Hochstufe.
