Sie tragen diese Kleidungsstücke, binden die Enden zusammen und sitzen in der Nähe des Hausgottes, während der Geschichtenerzähler des Dorfes, der als [[Brahma]] gekleidet ist, eine Vorausschau auf das kommende Jahr gibt. Er imitiert Brahma, während er ihre [[Horoskop]]e liest. Die Ehegatten heiraten nochmal. Die Frau nimmt den [[Tali]] ab, den sie um ihren Hals trägt. Danach wird die [[Göttin]] Dilli Polasi angebetet. <br /> <br /> Die öffentliche Verehrung wird öfter von einer [[Familie]] oder einer Gruppe von sich nahestehenden Familien in Anspruch genommen. Bei dieser Verehrung wird ein tönernes Bild angefertigt, das man hinterher durch [[Sonne]] und Regen zerfallen lässt. Das Familienoberhaupt handelt als Priester. Die Gefäße und Seile werden zum [[Wasser]] gebracht und dort die ganze Nacht liegen gelassen. Am Morgen ruft das Familienoberhaupt alle Verwandten zusammen. Ein Schaf wird geopfert. Danach wird ein [[Muggu]] auf dem Boden gefertigt, und noch ein Schaf wird geopfert. Die Seile und Gefäße werden aus dem Wasser genommen und in einer Prozession durch das Dorf getragen. Wenn das Haus erreicht ist, wird ein weiteres Schaf geopfert. Der Ausführende schneidet ihm die Kehle durch und nimmt es dann an den Hinterbeinen, er schwenkt es mehrmals herum. Das wird den bösen [[Geist]]ern angeboten, die in der [[Luft]] schweben könnten. Man erhofft sich, dass sie nicht versuchen, ins Haus einzudringen, nachdem sie beschwichtigt wurden. Die Leute treten in das Haus ein und verehren das tönerne Bild von Dilli Polasi.
